During the workshop we will talk about how firms such as Tesco, Toyota, Zara, GE, NHS, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, Seyfarth Shaw (Law firm) through to Starbucks all gained by using these techniques.

Who Should Attend the LEAN Management Workshops?

In short anyone can attend - typically we run them for a single business or department.

However we design these more for senior managers, board members, department heads etc. Our thoughts are that many people in these roles hear of Lean or Six Sigma improvement techniques and yet haven't been shown sufficient evidence of what it can deliver for them.
The workshop is designed to deliver such insight and that within the 3.5 hour workshop they will learn what LEAN could deliver to their business, department, function etc.

They can then go away and decide whether LEAN is something they wish to take on and get it delivering for them.

How long does a typical LEAN Management Workshop last?

A typical workshop last 3.5 hours, including breaks - so that is normally a morning or afternoon, though we have run lunch time sessions.

How many people can attend a single LEAN Management Workshop?

From experience the smallest number is really 8, the largest we like to work with is 14. We find 12 is best though!

We do charge for it, HOWEVER it comes with the single simple guarantee!

That is if you and your organisation fail to get VALUE from it (and you define VALUE) then we won't invoice you - we don't charge up front or take your money and give you thirty days to think about it. If you don't get VALUE we don't charge.

So how much is the investment for the LEAN Management & Lean Office Workshop?

For a 3.5 hour workshop with 14 attendees all we ask you to invest is £28.50 per person! or less than £10 per hour for each person.

In fact we ask for a flat investment of £399 + vat for any number of attendees from 8-14.
