· In the early 1950's Toyota was number 4 in its' local market, it is now number 1 globally.
· Could these results be gained JUST by producing high quality products? or would you need to provide high VALUE to your customers?
· Did you know that Toyota had a version of the Tesco Clubcard way back in the 1950’s?
· Toyota has “pulled-away” from its competitors by having a range of hybrid and smaller vehicles that its competitors don’t offer; did that happen by just having excellent manufacturing facilities? Or did it have an insight into what consumers would VALUE?
